Instructions
Prep. Work (Anytime)
Chop 1 yellow onion.
Chop 1 medium red bell pepper.
Prep. Work (Cook Night)
Mince 3 garlic cloves.
Rinse and drain 2 (15 oz) cans of dark red kidney beans.
Rinse and drain 1 (15 oz) can of sweet corn.
Large Pan
In a Large pan, add onions, garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add protein. Cook until meat is browned.
Slow Cooker
Place chicken, 3 cups broth, ΒΌ cup buffalo sauce into slow cooker.
garlic powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, ranch dressing mix into slow cooker and mix.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Optional
Add Cilantro.
Top with cream cheese and shredded cheese.
