Prep. Work (Anytime)
  1. Chop 1 yellow onion.
  2. Chop 1 medium red bell pepper.
Prep. Work (Cook Night)
  1. Mince 3 garlic cloves.
  2. Rinse and drain 2 (15 oz) cans of dark red kidney beans.
  3. Rinse and drain 1 (15 oz) can of sweet corn.
Large Pan
  1. In a Large pan, add onions, garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add protein. Cook until meat is browned.
Slow Cooker
  1. Place chicken, 3 cups broth, ΒΌ cup buffalo sauce into slow cooker.
  2. garlic powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, ranch dressing mix into slow cooker and mix.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Optional
  1. Add Cilantro.
  2. Top with cream cheese and shredded cheese.
